His experience encompasses the globe, having played a key role in well-known companies such as Allied Domecq,Maker’s Mark, Heaven Hill / Evan Williams Ltd., and Wm. Grants International he has also led the strategic development of numerous new to market brands, craft distilleries, their brands.
David oversaw the development and implementation of the Maker’s Mark and Hpnotiq liqueurs global marketing and sales strategies, which resulted in both brands far exceeding company goals and expectations. At Maker’s Mark he played a key role in building the brands strategic foundation that helped lead it to the success it has achieved today. While at Hpnotiq, his management resulted in retail sales in excess of $400 million within 18 months of national launch. During his thirty-year business career, he has traveled throughout the world helping companies with operational issues, market and distribution development, new product launches, and day to day management of their business.
When he isn’t traveling, he spends as much time as possible with his family and his ultimate passion: designing, building and racing high performance powerboats.
